Susan Degive, owner of Degive Realty

Born and raised in Sonoma County, California, Susan has the local insight you'd expect from a third-generation resident.

She earned her Real Estate Broker's license in the booming 70's and has kept her fingers in the real estate industry ever since, even while pursuing other interests.

Joining her husband in the "new" Internet world, Susan designed computer aided training courses and documented software solutions for companies including Apple, IBM, Intel, CalTrans, and California ISO.

Once the kids had flown the nest, she was ready for a new challenge and again joined her husband in creating a new start-up, this time a bed & breakfast inn!

In 2006, Susan is making the full circle and back to concentrating on real estate sales, helping friends and clients (new friends!) find their dream homes in Sonoma County.
